I’m Raine Parker
I’m a project consultant who believes bold ideas deserve more than a plan. They deserve to make an impact.
After nearly two decades of rolling up my sleeves across sectors such as banking, sustainability, retail, tech, NGOs, consulting groups, the maritime industry, and leading knowledge institutes, I’ve learned that every project has its own rhythm. Success depends on clarity, structure, and the ability to adapt quickly without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Trained as a South African Chartered Accountant, I bring financial rigour into every project. But numbers alone are not enough. Having worked internationally across Europe, Africa, and beyond, I know that cultural insight is just as important as compliance and reporting. Projects succeed when diverse perspectives are aligned and moving forward together.
Why I Do This
I founded Raine Parker Consulting because I saw too many important projects get lost in complexity. My role is to cut through the noise, connect the dots between stakeholders, and turn strategy into outcomes that last.

How I Work
I work embedded with your team, combining structured project management, dynamic financial modelling, and clear communication strategy. I’m pragmatic, collaborative, and hands-on. I am equally at ease drafting a financial model, facilitating a stakeholder workshop, or translating complex rules into plain English.
I don’t just deliver reports. I help you build systems, capacity, and confidence so your project doesn’t just start strong, it stays strong.
